Do you run network, security and AI projects, or only support?
All three. We design and build networks and Wi-Fi, we secure them (firewalls, secure remote access, segmentation), and we run practical AI projects — assessment first, then deployment and governance. Support is what keeps it all running afterwards.
Can we use only one of your services?
Yes. Each service works on its own: consulting, a network or security project, an AI assessment, managed support — or just an equipment quote. You can combine them later with the same contact.
What does managed on-site IT support include?
L1/L2 support and helpdesk on site or remotely, deployment of laptops, POS and retail devices, network and Wi-Fi management on Cisco Meraki, CCTV, printers and peripherals, hardware replacement, and monthly reporting against the agreed SLA.
Can you support several stores or offices?
Yes. We organise on-site and remote support across your locations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, with a single point of contact for your staff.
Can you quote for equipment only?
Yes. Send us a product list, a model number or just your need, and we quote Cisco, Meraki, Dell or HP equipment with licences and warranty.
Which countries do you cover?
The UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, through our local companies. Groups with several entities keep one point of contact across all three.
